Perhaps you are craving some wild time in nature but need to fit your adventures around a working week and other commitments. Our Micro Adventures, new for 2020, are designed to make wild time possible for more people.
Micro Adventures are overnight camping experiences in the West Yorkshire woods with all of the preparation taken care of so you can show up with your camping kit, pitch up for the night in the company of likeminded souls, and head off in the morning.
During the evening, you can enjoy some communal time around a campfire then sleep under the stars with the owls hooting and wild water flowing nearby. Our site in the woods is remote enough to get away from roads and towns whilst still being easily accessible and having toilet facilities, fire circle and seating.
For those living in Leeds, Manchester or here in the Calder Valley, our Micro Adventures in Hebden Bridge are a short journey away by train or road. The timings mean that you can come after work and be away by 9am the next day.
We currently have three spring micro adventures planned:
- Saturday 29th Feb (3.30pm)- Sunday 1st March (9am)
- Thursday 2nd April (5.30)- Friday 3rd April (9am)
