In spending time outdoors in the elements workmates can get to know each other in a different way and deepen their understanding of how they work together. Our skilled outdoor leaders will tailor activities to suit the team and desired outcomes.
Play, adventure and exploration are at the heart of our work, and on a team building day you might enjoy group challenges such as fire making and shelter building, team cooking around a campfire, or the learning of bushcraft skills such as foraging and whittling. We focus on making this a fun day away from work commitments as well as a way to nurture team work, cooperation and mutual support. These qualities are everywhere in the natural world and we can learn a lot from the ecosystem that surrounds is at our beautiful woodland camp.
Time to simply be in nature and learning how to practice mindfulness together can also be of huge benefit, and are tools that can be taken back to the workplace to promote wellbeing and techniques for self-care.
